Marriage
Please notify your employer promptly. Your current Eligibility Confirmation Document must be replaced. When you submit your notice, please also return your insurance card, Eligibility Confirmation Document, etc. if you have it. If you have dependents, please also return the insurance cards, Eligibility Confirmation Documen, etc,. of your dependents.
Please inquire with this health insurance society if you are a Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Person.
Procedure for getting married

Please contact the personnel of each business office. (For inquiries, refer to the "Application forms" page) * After December 2, 2024, new health insurance cards will no longer be issued.

Family (dependents) getting married When you get out of support |
Please submit a "Dependent Change Notification" within 5 days, and if the dependent has a health insurance card or an Eligibility Confirmation Document, please attach it to the form and submit it.
* There is no need to return your Individual Number Insurance Card.
